Frisco New Medical Project Building

A 60,000 square-foot medical building which will be aided by Transwestern Real Estate Services to provide lease will be setting ground north of Frisco according to a Community Impact article from March 14 which reports,

“Construction on a new, 60,000-square-foot medical office building immediately north of a Frisco hospital will soon be underway.

A 15,000-square-foot outdoor wellness area is also included in the plans, the release states. Other exterior features include a covered patient drop-off area and on-site parking.

Transwestern Real Estate Services will provide agency leasing services for the building, according to the release and has found “an intensified demand for quality space” in the region around Frisco. Transwestern associate Brooke Sutherland said in the release that Frisco Medical Pavillion II will be an “excellent opportunity for specialty medical practices.”

“Well-positioned properties are likely to capture a greater share of market activity and outperform in 2022 and beyond,” the release states.”

Aside from Transwestern, Caddis Partners will also be in the spotlight for the new building as it envisions a grand development for both patients and residents according to a Dallas Morning News article from March 14. They say,

“Building on the success of our Frisco Medical Pavilion development, which broke ground in 2018 and is now 100% leased, we are excited to begin the development of Frisco Medical Pavilion II in the fast-growing Frisco, Texas, market,” Caddis’ W. Todd Jensen said in a statement.

The medical office building will include space for a potential ambulatory surgical center on the first floor.

“Built with both the physician and patient in mind, Frisco Medical Pavilion II is an excellent opportunity for specialty medical practices seeking Class A space in one of the fastest-growing submarkets in the United States,” Transwestern’s Brooke Sutherland said.

Caddis oversees a portfolio of more than 70 properties across 16 states with almost 5 million square feet. Caddis has offices in Dallas, Atlanta, Phoenix, Houston and Washington, D.C.”

Caddis Partners is looking to finish the building at the start of 2023’s summer.
