A new rental community took its groundbreaking in Frisco as planned and developed by the well-known developers, Presidium, according to a Dallas Morning News article from November 1 which says,
A Texas apartment builder, Presidium, is adding to the Frisco Square development with a new rental community.
The Presidium Frisco Square project will include 368 apartments scheduled for completion in mid-2023.
It’s the latest phase of Frisco Square, which is on Main Street east of the Dallas North Tollway and includes retail, apartments, offices and medical facilities.
The Co-CEO of Presidium stated the effects of building such project will be a big hit to its surrounding areas and infrastractures according to a Virtual Builder’s Exchange article from November 4 which says,
“Nestled in the heart of more than 4.4 million square-feet of a booming office, retail and dining destination, Presidium Frisco Square will add even greater value to the area’s existing infrastructure and offer future residents the ability to live, work and play seamlessly in a true mixed-use environment,” said John Griggs, Co-CEO and Co-Founder of Presidium.
Amazingly, the development of the Frisco Square is planned to be modern and luxurious, and will be designed by the best architects in Dallas according to an Architect article from November 1 which reports,
“Designed by Dallas-based O’Brien Architects, Presidium Frisco Square’s aesthetic approach was driven by three different types of architecture: American Classic, Mercantile and Spanish Mission, which are uniquely incorporated throughout the community. Each of the luxury apartment homes will boast modern features including keyless entry, Ecobee thermostats with built-in Alexa capabilities, smart light switches and energy-efficient appliances.
The gated community will feature best-in-class amenities including a 13,000-square-foot leasing office that encompasses a club room, cinema lounge, golf simulator and theatre room, ultramodern fitness center, co-working lounge with micro-offices and podcast rooms. Situated on a 4.25-acre site, Presidium Frisco Square offers an abundance of open-air amenities featuring an outdoor pavilion, a rooftop terrace overlooking a resort-style pool and three courtyards outfitted with outdoor kitchens. The apartments will also include a dog spa and dog park for renters and their pets.
Frisco Square has been under construction and development for more than 20 years.
