NorthPark Center welcomed the two-story Nike Store’s opening, showcasing Nike Rise – a sport-performance retail concept, according to an Advocate article which reports,
“NorthPark Center celebrated the opening of the new two-story Nike Store, introducing Nike Rise, a limited number of sport-performance retail concepts nationwide.
The Nike store, located on levels one and two between Nordstrom and Macy’s, unveiled Nike Rise on Aug. 3, offering a sport-performance-led retail experience designed to inspire, connect, and equip athletes of all ages and genders.”
NorthPark’s Nike Rise is a fresh concept in North America, joining a few global locations. With sales of $46.7 billion last year, Nike Rise emphasizes a sport-performance retail experience to inspire athletes of all age, according to a Dallas Morning News article. They say,
“The Nike Rise at NorthPark is its latest store concept open in North America. There aren’t many yet — London, Seoul and late last year a Rise store opened in Miami’s Aventura Mall. Three others have opened in Bellevue Square near Seattle and two in California at Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance and in Santa Monica Place. The brand, which had sales of $46.7 billion last year, describes Nike Rise as “a sport performance-led retail experience designed to inspire, connect and equip athletes of all ages.””
Apart from offering shoes, clothes, and sports gear, the new Nike store focuses on digital features. Sport Pulse enables sharing local sports events, while the Service Hub aids Nike Members with online shopping, pickups, and inquiries.
