Michael Buble in Dallas

Renowned singer Michael Buble took his time in a famous steakhouse in Dallas according to a Dallas Morning News article. In it they say,

“Canadian singer Michael Bublé visited Dallas this week, dining at Dallas steakhouse Al Biernat’s North before a stop at Spec’s in North Dallas to promote his new Fraser & Thompson whiskey.

Bublé took photos with fans and signed bottles of whiskey at the Dallas liquor store Spec’s at North Central Expressway near Walnut Hill Lane on Dec. 6, 2023.

Bublé’s private event at Al Biernat’s on Spring Valley Road in Far North Dallas included a toast by the fireplace. Bublé ate herb-roasted chicken with red potatoes and spinach.”

His whiskey, which was named after his hometown in Canada, will be retailing for $29.99 according to a CultureMap Dallas article which says,

“Called Fraser & Thompson, it’s a North American whiskey launched in 2023 by Bublé and his partner Paul Cirka, a Master Distiller and Blender with a goal to create an aromatic and approachable new-to-world whiskey.

Retailing for $29.99 with the catch phrase, “Less burn, more Bublé,” the whiskey is so new that its website is still under construction.

The release describes it as having sweet fig and blood orange on the nose, with a subtle finish of caramel, vanilla, and a hint of spice.

According to Bublé, the name Fraser Thompson references a location in his hometown Canada.”

Michael Buble is known to be a huge partner to Pepsi’s sparkling water, making him an experienced connoisseur in the beverage world.
