Texas BBQ Joint Launches Ribs-Only Takeout in Fort Worth

Texas welcomes Ribbee’s, a unique BBQ spot by the award-winning team behind Goldee’s, set to open soon with a sole focus on ribs, according to an Audacy article. In it they say,

“There’s no shortage of amazing barbecue restaurants in the Lone Star State, but we always have room for one more, right?

Ribbee’s is no ordinary bbq joint, though.

From the owners of the award-winning and No. 1 rated barbecue restaurant Goldee’s, Ribee’s., which opens for business in just days, will feature just one entrée: ribs.”

Ribbee’s offers baby-back ribs in four flavors and beef “ribbees”, paired with classic sides and nostalgic floats, all from the acclaimed Goldee’s team, according to a Fort Worth Star-Telegram article. They say,

“The menu will feature baby-back ribs four ways: original, spicy, sweet and hot-honey ($19.99/plate), plus beef “ribbees” ($22.99).

The simple menu also includes two side dishes — french fries and cole slaw. For dessert, there’s a Big Red float or a root beer float.

Goldee’s, 4645 Dick Price Road south of Kennedale, is a craft barbecue restaurant known for ribs. It was rated No. 1 in the last Texas rankings by critics from Texas Monthly magazine.”

Ribbee’s serves lunch and dinner Thursday through Sunday in a retro Sonic Drive-In setting, complementing Goldee’s limited weekend hours in south Tarrant County.
