Filings with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation over the past 10 days indicate the popular Japanese apparel retailer is planning to move into locations at Memorial City Mall and The Parks at Arlington in North Texas.”

The Arlington Uniqlo store, covering 12,490 square feet, is set for renovations starting June 1, while the Galleria Dallas project, spanning 19,895 square feet, begins May 20, according to a WFAA article. In it they say,

“The Arlington store registration said a 12,490-square-foot space at the mall would begin renovations on June 1 and be completed by Dec. 30. The project is expected to cost $1,900,362.

The Galleria Dallas project, which was registered Feb. 6, will also happen in an existing retail space at the mall. The 19,895-square-foot store renovation is estimated to cost around $4,129,811, according the filing. Construction work, which will be similar to the Arlington buildout, is expected to begin May 20 and be completed by Oct. 18.”

Uniqlo’s expansion continues with plans for 20 new stores in North America in 2024, aiming to connect with customers across the continent. Texas eagerly awaits its Uniqlo debut.
